Your Meta account

The app asks Meta whether the headset’s signed-in account owns the app. It does not ask you to create a separate account or enter an email address or password. Meta manages purchases, account information, and its platform services under its own privacy policy.

Settings on your headset

Volume, seat, sky, and visual preferences, along with acknowledgement of the first-use notice, are stored in local application storage. They remain until changed or the application’s data is cleared. Any platform backup is managed separately by Meta.

Room layout and movement

With your permission, Sanctuary loads the headset’s room layout to place effects on the floor, walls, and ceiling. The app uses that layout on the device and does not upload it to a developer server. You can decline access and use floor-only mode. Head and controller tracking, and optional hand tracking, position and control the experience.

Passthrough is supplied by the headset. The app does not provide a camera-video recording or upload feature. You may manage room permissions through headset settings. Meta’s room-setup data and device services are governed by Meta’s controls and policies.

No breath recording

Breathing guidance follows preset timing. The app does not record your breath, use a microphone for breath detection, or calculate health measurements.

Diagnostics

Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, and Unity cloud diagnostics are disabled in this version. Meta may process platform diagnostics under its policies. The developer does not operate an app analytics or advertising service.

This website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests to load pages, images, and video include technical information such as IP address and browser information, which the hosting service processes to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel’s privacy notice. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, or account registration. The trailer is hosted with this site and starts only when you choose to play it.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and troubleshoot problems. Email is handled through our email provider, Google. Support information is retained only as needed to resolve and follow up on requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include sensitive health information, passwords, or payment details.

Your choices and requests

You can change local preferences, decline room access, manage headset permissions, or clear local app data. Contact aiasystemsgr@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have supplied to the developer, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to your data protection authority. We may need to verify a request and retain information where the law requires it.

We process information needed to provide the experience and respond to support requests, use permission-based room access only when you allow it, and rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website. Hosting and email providers may process data outside your country under their applicable data-protection arrangements. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
